Design Process
1. Receive project enquiry.
2. Discuss brief and project goals with the client including budget if appropriate.
3. Site survey.
4. Design team to produce and present the concept.
- 2 concept boards with FF&E and sample boards to match the concepts.
- 2 or 3 floor plans showing different layout options – 3D visuals to correlate.
- Product specification
5. Produce quotation and technical documentation with project programme.
6. Installation.
7. Snagging and issuing of O&M Manuals and final drawings.

Cat A
- Suspended ceilings and raised floors
- Design and installation of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC services
- Basic finish to internal walls
Cat B
- Follows on from Cat A works
- Full interior design and fit-out including partition walls, feature lighting, bespoke wall finishes, furniture specification and specific flooring and ceiling materials
- Detailed M&E services including lighting design, data cabling, HVAC design, additional mechanical plumbing works
