Chris’ client list includes Tate & Lyle, Bank of England, Cummins Inc, Hotpoint, Cargill, Acushnet and McCains. As Managing Director at ck4 the list of sectors and clients continues to grow, securing ck4 a reputation within the commercial refurbishment industry as a leader in its field.

Karen Woosnam
Finance Director Chris and Karen founded ck4 limited in 2013… the faces behind the name! Karen was instrumental in building the accounts side of the business. They have used their combined knowledge and expertise to create ck4.

Caroline Sutton
General Manager Caroline has 25 years’ experience in finance and project management. A Manufacturing Engineering Graduate, Chartered Management Accountant and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she has been with ck4 for eight years. Caroline focuses on the day to day running of all aspects of the business. As General Manager, she ensures the smooth running of each team and project from start to completion.

Adrian Beecroft
Senior Interiors Contracts Manager Adrian has over 30 years' experience in interior fit out, offering guidance on the specification of interior finishes including bespoke joinery, ceilings, partitions, decoration and floor coverings. He leads the Interiors side of the business, including the design team.

John Bilcliff
Senior M&E Contracts Manager John has over 20 years' experience within the domestic & commercial industries. He works closely with the M&E Contracts Managers, while maintaining good relationships with clients, suppliers and the ck4 team.

Lisa Baron
Facilities, Health, Safety and Compliance Manager Lisa has over 18 years' experience within the facilities sector, providing extensive knowledge of Planned Preventative Maintenance for everything from air conditioning to full building management of fire systems, water hygiene and gas servicing. Lisa is also head of our H&S team to ensure a safe working environment for our staff and clients. Lisa is passionate about mental health and well-being and has also taken on the role of Mental Health First Aider to support our team.

Sue Fitch
Finance & HR Manager With over 20 years’ experience in accounting, Sue leads our finance and accounting team, looking after all our client and supplier finance related matters. With the continued growth of the company, Sue has taken on the role of HR Manager to ensure full support of staff and the Company.

Bernie Pritchard
Accounts and Office Assistant As our Accounts and Office Assistant, Bernie is responsible for our Sales Ledger and Credit Control functions, as well as being the first point of contact for anyone who phones the office and looks after all the essentials to keep our office running smoothly. Bernie has over 20 years’ experience in finance roles and has been with ck4 limited for over three years.

Darren Tate
Senior Projects Coordinator With 15 years in industry, Darren has been with the company since 2015 and has built a wealth of knowledge about the business. He works directly with our Contract Managers, liaising closely with our clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Diane Dean
Facilities Assistant With many years working in customer service support roles, Di has the skills and knowledge when liaising with our clients. The main part of Di’s role is to organise attendance and required resources, to call-outs and breakdowns. To fulfil this role, Di has to work closely with our team of engineers and Contracts Managers.

Duncan Mackenzie
Interiors Contracts Manager With over 35 years of combined knowledge and experience, from being a tradesman on the tools to having 20 years experience of site and project management, Duncan now works closely with clients on their projects to ensure we exceed their expectations.

Harry Fitzjohn
Trainee Interiors Contracts Manager With an abundance of experience from projects over the last 8 years within the industry, he offers direct support to our Contract Managers, working closely with our clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Jess Barry
Health, Safety & Compliance Officer Being NEBOSH qualified, Jess’s main focus is to continue to develop the safe working culture within the Company. As part of this role, she works tirelessly to keep our engineers safe on site, from risk assessments to PPE and toolbox talks. Jess carries out site visits to ensure a safe working environment is always achieved on our clients’ sites. In addition, Jess’ role encompasses training, compliance and fleet management.

Lee Barrett
Electrical Contracts Manager With over 15 years of knowledge and experience, Lee brings a vast array of knowledge from working on the tools for 18 years and is now thriving as Contracts Manager. He works closely with his team of engineers to bring projects to reality.

Louis Bond
Project Coordinator Louis is new to the industry and has taken this role on with confidence. He works closely with our Senior Project Coordinator and Contract Managers, liaising with our clients, suppliers and sub-contractors to bring projects to reality.

Matt Thompson
Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger Matt is our Purchase Ledger Coordinator, with experience in accounts he oversees relationships with suppliers and cost control within the business. He also has responsibility for payroll within the Company.

Molly Clayton
Midweight Commercial Interior Designer and 3D Visualiser With 4 years of experience and a degree in Interior Design Decoration, Molly is passionate about design. She works alongside our senior designer to carry projects from concept to completion; from site surveys to technical drawings and full design schemes.

Neil Denton
Mechanical Contracts Manager Neil has over 30 years’ of experience in the industry with a wealth of knowledge as a qualified plumbing, heating and gas engineer. Neil works closely with clients on projects, service & maintenance contracts, whilst managing his team of engineers.

Rachael McLuckie
Senior Commercial Interior Designer and 3D Visualiser With a degree in Interior Design and over 25 years in the industry, Rachael is a talented interior designer who works with our clients from design concept to completion. She works alongside our Contracts Managers to provide a full turn-key service.
