To convert two disused commercial spaces on Braymere Road Hampton into two linked office spaces, one side for the client and the other side to be rented desk space for start-up business.

The office lay-out design and finishes were all specified  by local commercial designer …………………

Project Delivery:

We opened up the spaces to allow a link corridor between the two areas, addressed the differing floor levels and restrictive ceiling heights within the areas, existing door opening were also altered to suit the new layout.

The spaces were designed to maintain the feeling of height and space by leaving the high level services exposed within the open office and shared spaces.

We were required to fulfil the CDM role of Principle Contractor.


The office spaces had been unused since their construction in approximately 2008 and were situated under Sheltered Housing so consideration for the residents had to be addressed during the works.
