Chris Woosnam

Managing Director

Chris, a B.Eng. Honours graduate, established the company with the vision of developing close working relationships with a select client base focusing on providing an extensive service.

With over 35 years in the Industry, Chris brings a great depth of knowledge and experience. His hard work and diligence have established the company to become a well respected and reputable competitor within the Commercial Refurbishment Industry.

He continues to look after all aspects of the commercial interior fit- out, electrical, mechanical and facilities management sectors to develop the companies’ growth.

Karen Woosnam

Finance Director

Having come from a background in Nursing, the world of Accounts was at first an alien environment for Karen.

Karen’s passion for establishing an efficient and respected accounts department within the industry has been a testament to her focus and commitment that she can be very proud of.

In addition to this, Karen takes care of all the Company Vehicles and Hospitality.

Caroline Sutton

Finance, HR and Office Manager

Caroline, a Manufacturing Engineering Graduate and Chartered Management Accountant, has been with the company for three years. She brings with her a wealth of Financial experience within the Engineering and Industrial Industries.

She focuses on the financial side of the business and continuously implements better working methods, organisation and control of the day to day running of the company.

Julie Abbott

Finance and Office Administrator

Julie has joined the Company with over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service and Administration.

Her main responsibilities facilitate the smooth running of the day to day finance and office functions. Julie works with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and colleagues to ensure that the department performs efficiently and effectively.

Julie is also helping with the Marketing aspects of the business and has been instrumental in the launch of the new Website

Darren Tuck

Contracts Manager - Interiors

With 30 years experience in the furniture industry, Darren brings lots of expertise and knowledge to all commercial fit out projects he manages.

His passion is for design and specification. He specialises in producing high quality 3D design schemes for our clients helping them to visualise their ideas and ambitions.

He will to see a project through from concept to completion working with our in house fit our team and contractor partners to ensure our high standards of work are always maintained.

Malcolm Smith

Contracts Manager - Mechanical and Facilities

With over 32 years experience, Malc brings a wealth of knowledge from the Building Services Industry including Commercial Heating & Plumbing, Process Engineering and Facilities Management.

He is passionate about delivering the same excellence in all disciplines to our growing customer base, and is actively involved in every aspect of the Mechanical Sector, from concept to completion.

John Bilcliff

Contracts Manager - Electrical

John has joined us as a fully qualified Approved Electrician with 17 years experience within the Domestic and Commercial Industries.

He is responsible for the management and supervision of a contracts team and the delegating of tasks accordingly.

He is passionate about delivering the best service while maintaining good relationships with
suppliers, customers and staff.

Adrian Beecroft

Contracts Manager - Interiors

Adrian joined the company with over 20 years experience in the Interiors and fit out sector both on the tools himself and through Project Management which is where his passion lies.

His focus is on working closely with the clients from design stage through to completion while offering guidance on the specification of interior finishes including bespoke joinery, ceilings, partitions, decoration and floor coverings.

Adrian manages the whole project from start to finish ensuring the he and the client are completely satisfied with the end result.

ck4 was founded in 2013 and has quickly grown into a leading turnkey service provider, offering commercial interior fit-out, including electrical and mechanical installations as well as facilities maintenance. We work with some of the country’s foremost organisations, helping to improve their working environments to provide an efficient and productive space while stimulating their work colleagues.

From the beginning we have brought passion to the service we provide. As a multi disciplined company, we offer a comprehensive range of services and products to ensure we help deliver an inspirational service for the client.

Our supply chain is vetted continuously and reflects the quality of our products and services. We deal with carefully selected manufacturers allowing us to maintain control of cost, quality and delivery.

Based on the boarder of East Anglia and the East Midlands, we operate nationally and have undertaken work to provide products for international sites.

We employ a diverse range of office staff and tradesman who are highly skilled, inspirational, knowledgeable, experienced and trained in their profession. Our collective experience represents over 1,000 years in total. We believe that through the use of our own direct teams of site professionals, we can have more control and deliver quality solutions, with seamless coordination as well as the flexibility to adapt to most situations.
