Our History

ck4 limited was formed in 2013 and has grown to become a leading Turnkey service provider, offering commercial interior fit- out, electrical, mechanical and facilities management. ck4 work with some of the country’s foremost organisations to help provide the best and most efficient working environment for their people.

From inception we have laid great emphasis on service, and as a multi-disciplined company we offer a comprehensive range of services and products which in addition integrate well into client companies.

Our supply chain is vetted constantly and reflects the quality of our product provision. Our purchasing policy is to deal directly with carefully selected manufacturers which gives us control on cost, quality and delivery.

The commercial confidence in our approach originates from the belief that we deliver services and solutions that work – and work well…

ck4 now employs over 25 personnel, most of whom are time-served professionals and tradesmen whose collective experience represents a wealth of experience growing toward a1000 years.  We believe that the best way of delivering a quality solution is to have direct control over our own teams of site professionals. This ensures seamless coordination as well as flexibility and quality of delivery.
